Terms and Conditions for Travel Agencies Onboarding with Malang Trips
1. Agency Registration and Listing
- Travel agencies must register with complete business details and submit all required documents for verification before any packages can be listed.
- The Malang Trips admin team will review and approve each package, verifying itinerary details and mandatory inclusions before the package listing is made available to travellers.
2. Package Approval Process
- Only packages that meet platform standards, include full itineraries, and pass admin review will be published.
- Malang Trips reserves the right to request amendments, reject, or delist any package that does not meet quality or compliance standards.
3. Traveller Contact Policy
Each listing enables travellers to choose:
- Whether they wish to be contacted by the travel agency (their contact details will be shared with the agency).
- Or, if they would like agency details to initiate contact themselves.
Agencies may only contact travellers if an explicit enquiry or contact request was made by the traveller.
4. Commission & Fees
- No commission is charged for standard listings during the initial stage.
- At Malang Trips’ discretion, commissions may later be introduced for premium services or additional enquiries, with clear advance notice to agencies.
- Any changes to the fee structure will be communicated in writing.
5. Service Quality & Compliance
- Agencies must comply with all applicable travel business regulations and maintain transparency.
- Agencies are required to protect traveller data according to data privacy laws.
- Malang Trips may suspend or remove any agency found in violation of the terms or misrepresenting services.
6. Documents Required for Registration
- Certificate of Incorporation/Business Registration
- GST Certificate (all pages, if applicable)
- PAN Card of the agency/company
- Audited Balance Sheet and Income Tax Acknowledgement for the latest financial year
- Service/Trade License
- Passport size photographs of owners/directors/partners
- Office address proof (utility bill, lease agreement, or ownership document)
- Office premises photograph (exterior with signboard and interior)
- Details of directors/partners/owners with government ID proof
- Recent bank account statement
- List and qualifying documents for staff in tourism
- Any additional licenses (e.g., tourism department certificate, IATA certificate, if relevant)
- Website privacy policy and terms & conditions, if available
7. Amendments and Termination
- Terms and conditions may be updated as per business needs or legal requirements, with written notice to agencies.
- Any disputes will be resolved under Indian law and regulations.
